ENR Services, Inc. - LOSS PREVENTION • SECURITY • INVESTIGATIONS
SKIP TRACING
WITNESS LOCATION
PRIVATE PROCESS SERVICE

BAD NEWS:
In today's world, conventional means of locating people who don't want to be found simply may not work.

People avoiding location today are not generally people of which the system
has simply lost track. They are often people actively hiding from the world,
from the law, from bill collectors and sometimes from people who may
actually mean them harm. Many of these people are:

  • Transient
  • Homeless
  • Alcohol or Drug Users
  • Wanted by the Law
  • Un- or Under-Employed
  • Uneducated about the Circumstances They Face

GOOD NEWS:
The experts at ENR Services, Inc. are not your conventional investigators.

Our agents are trained investigators who can gather the intelligence needed to locate, serve, interview — and oftentimes educate — subjects about a variety of situations,
legal and otherwise. Each case the firm accepts requires agents to strike the right
balance of strategy and street smarts to get the job done. This is where we shine.

Chief Investigator Roderick James has the uncanny ability to develop relationships with —
and therefore gain the trust of — people from diverse backgrounds. Roderick, who also speaks Spanish fluently, commands respect by coupling his straight-forward communication style with his genuine compassion and concern for people.

Simply put: Rod has an innate ability to make people want to do the right thing, which makes him an invaluable member of the ENR team. It also makes him highly effective
as a resource to law firms as they attempt to locate, interview and prepare witnesses
to testify in court.
WHO ARE WE?

Based in Council Bluffs, Iowa, ENR Services, Inc. opened its doors in 1996
when Rod James and Ericka Wellman paired their professional expertise with backgrounds in law enforcement, investigative journalism and public relations to form a security and investigations firm known for its superior service.

Since that time, clients across the country have come to value the ENR team for its:
  • Creative problem solving
  • Highly effective strategy implementation
  • Intelligence gathering capabilities
  • Detailed case reports
  • Unwavering professionalism

Over the years, ENR investigators have assisted clients in locating countless numbers of people who have either disappeared or do not want to be found.

We specialize in highly successful
witness location and interviewing for law firms as they prepare to put cases together for court; we also have an excellent track record assisting child support enforcement agencies with locating non-compliant parents to serve them papers.

WHAT DO WE DO?

ENR investigators are routinely hired
to locate people for reasons relating to:

  • Adoption Proceedings
  • Civil Law Suits
  • Child Support Collection
  • Child Custody Proceedings
  • Estate Settlement
  • Family Reunion
  • Monetary Award Disbursement
  • Pretrial Preparation
  • Private Process Service
  • Witness Location & Interviews
HOW DO WE DO
WHAT WE DO?

Contrary to pop culture's depiction
of private investigators, ENR agents
do not use any unlawful means or methods to obtain information.  There are standards, both legally and ethically, under which
we operate to gather intelligence about
a subject's:
-Current residence & mailing address
-Current employer, income & assets
-Current lifestyle & personal circumstances
-Possible associates & daily whereabouts

People often ask us how we do what we do.

The fact is that the majority of the time
we work with public records and surveill- ance. Sometimes, however, there are avenues avilable to us that aren't available to the general public because of the network of confidential sources we've developed throughout the years working
in this field.

Every case we accept requires a com-
bination of skill, expertise, creativity,
and common sense that can't be found
in a database or purchased on the internet.
